I have spent 15 years building AI and analytical systems inside airlines - revenue management, network planning, commercial strategy, and operations. The systems I have built have been responsible for pricing billions in annual airfare and have contributed directly to record operating performance at multiple U.S. airlines.
My focus is on the gap between AI that looks impressive in a demo and AI that produces measurable results in production. That gap almost always comes down to the same thing: the business logic, decision models, and organizational conditions required to make the technology work were never built. I build those things.
